I picked up a solar filter for the big camera in anticipation of next month’s Eclipse. Here’s a shot of the sun as seen through the filter.
This flower is blooming in one of the front containers. I’m not sure what type it is, but it’s pretty. Paul would know more.
This little guy’s mama is in Europe at the moment, so he’s hanging out at a kennel. It was great having him here for a couple of days last week. Maybe we’ll get to dog-sit again sometime?

I had a bit of fun last night, taking pictures of the CRX in front of the Missouri Theater in the dark.
I was tasked with building a podium this evening for the upcoming RRT production of Footloose: The Musical. It turned out pretty decent, I thought.
These two rarely get along so it’s nice to see them on the bed together. Josephine’s on the left and Timonium is on the right.
Trees are being trimmed around the house to avoid electric lines.

We have this little guy for a couple of days while his mom is away. His name is Chewbaca, but everyone calls him Chewy.
Among all the flowers blooming in the garden, these lilies are some of the most stunning.
